Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 26, 2026

Who we are

Talent Echo Advisory Group, Inc. ("Talent Echo," "we," "us") is an executive search and advisory firm with offices at 4701 Sangamore Rd, Suite 100 N, Bethesda, MD 20816, United States, and 4-168 Barton Street, Suite 130, Stoney Creek, ON L8E 4V6, Canada. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to talentecho.net only; our sister firm A2 Digital and Charity Search Group maintain their own policies on their own sites.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you contact us through this site — by form, email, or phone — we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, work email, organization, role, and the details of the leadership search or advisory need you describe. If you engage us for a search, additional information is collected under a separate engagement agreement, not this policy.

Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard access logs: IP address, pages requested, timestamps, referring page, and browser type. We use Google's advertising and analytics tags (gtag.js), which set cookies and collect usage data as described in Google's own privacy documentation. We do not run other third-party trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use the information above to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether and how we can help, operate and secure the website, and understand how visitors find and use our pages. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and analytics), professional advisors, or where the law requires it.

Candidates

If you are a candidate in one of our searches, we handle your information with the discretion retained search requires: your materials and our conversations are shared only with the client organization for the specific role you are being considered for, and never marketed elsewhere without your consent.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to a current or prospective engagement, and access logs for approximately 30 days. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and professional obligations. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy rights — including Canadian residents under PIPEDA and residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws — may exercise those rights by contacting us.
